Adjust Intermediate Landing Height

Adjust Intermediate Landing Height

It would be great to be able to adjust the height of the intermediate landing at stairs to get even dimensions at the landings. You can see the "relative height" in constraints, but if you try to adjust it it doesn't do anything.

For Example:

3 run stair = 16'-6"

Currently Riser 1 = 4'-6 5/8". Riser 2 = 3'-11 25/32".  Riser 3 = 7'-11 19/32"

Would rather have Riser 1 = 4'-6". Riser 2 = 4'-0".  Riser 3 = 8'-0"

IBC 1011.5.4 Dimensional uniformity. Stair treads and risers
shall be of uniform size and shape. The tolerance between
the largest and smallest riser height or between the largest
and smallest tread depth shall not exceed
3/8 inch (9.5mm) in any flight of stairs.
