Add the possibility to delete the concrete slab at the bottom of a building pad

This idea has been created on the behalf of an user from a French company.

Currently, when using the building pad function REVIT automatically creates a concrete slab at the bottom of it.

It is possible to change its thickness and its material but it cannot be removed.

The idea would be to add the possibility to delete this element from the building pad so only the carved topo surface remains.

Please feel free to rework (titles and clear descriptions are really important) and resubmit this one down the road.
