1) Hi,
I will try to help you with this issue. Did you install and activate your Revit License? Did you create an account in GBS website? if your answer is yes to both of these questions please try the following and provide the answer:
Can you login to https://accounts.autodesk.com?
Can you still access/use other cloud service like rendering in the cloud in Revit?
Can you login to GBS with your educational account https://gbs.autodesk.comt? If not can you create a new account and try to login?
What is your account user name?
