I am not able to log a user into the A360 project. He has an Autodesk ID and has been given a seat of C4R. We are able to log him into A360 Drive and A360 Cloud but are unable to get him into the project that is in the cloud. Please advise as soon as possible.

Hi John,

If the users logs into manage.autodesk.com do they see the C4R entitlement on their account? If you have assigned the entitlement and it doesn't show up under their account please PM me their user information and I will look into it.

thanks,

Did this clear up for you guys?  Or is further assistance needed?

Autodesk Cloud Services Health Dashboard  Check for current status or history on Autodesk Cloud Services you use.  Also, use the Blue button, top right "Health Subscription" to receive notifications on health status changes or scheduled maintenance.

No Sir.

We have not heard anything from Autodesk regarding this.

Please advise on how to proceed.

Thank you,
