Dear Support,
We are experiencing some serious issue recovering a model (revit server based).
On opening the model a user ran into the error message: "The model is missing too many elements".
I followed all your suggestions and workflows from this page: http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2017/ENU/?guid=GUID-9AFAAE6B-4107-4478-8B80-53467FE118DB
And then from this page in order to recover the model based on a user local copy:
Unfortunately the backup folder for both the users working on the model is throwing the same error: "Folder [...] is not a valid backup directory".
So the model onto the revit server is corrupted and cannot be opened. The user's local copies are corrupted as well and the backup folders are not working.
Any additional info would be much appreciated.
Thanks a lot for the support
daniel
