Model reviewing with A360 not available on browser after publishing

Hi,

I work with A360 collaboration for revit.

After I've syncronized and published the model to the cloud, when I try to enter it from Chrome/IE or from my phone app, this error appears.

The model once worked fine.

Any clues?

Hi @Anonymous

 

Thank you for posting to the A360 Forum.  It appears that something wrong occurred during the publishing process of your model.  

 

Are you able to try making a small modification to the model and re-publish?  If it was an issue with processing, this time around it may publish with no issues.

 

Is it just this model that is giving this message?

I just wanted to follow up with regards to my post to see if you had any questions.  Were you able to make a small change to the model and re-publish successfully?
