Good day,

One of our users are trying to open a central model on A360.  Whenever she opens this particular model the sync icon is greyed out and the file name has changed to a long series of numbers.

Do you perhaps have any suggestions or resolutions for this issue.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Telushia.

Hi,

Looks like the locally cached version of the C4R model have lost it's link to the cloud model.

I can't say at this point why, it might be so add-on you are using that are causing this to happen.....

A quick workaround to the issue would be to delete this model form the local collaboration cache and reopen it (this will recreate the local copy of the model):

Solution / Solved!

at least for us...

1. - Go to the location below and delete all files in the folder.

2. - Restart the machine

3. - Open the model via BIM360

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 20??\CollaborationCache

Thanks
