C4R automatically detaching file upon opening

I have a user that when C4R automatically detaches his file upon opening. Any thoughts?

I just got word of this from my user in a remote office. The issues is developing as we speak and will keep you up to date. Trying to get screen shoots and more info now.

So I am deleting the local cache and restarting then reopening.

at least for us...

1. - Go to the location below and delete all files in the folder.

2. - Restart the machine

3. - Open the model via BIM360 

C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 20??\CollaborationCache
