Content Catalog - Cannot Approve Uploaded Item

The option to approve, decline or delete 'selected records' is greyed out. Other users in our office have attempted to upload content to the Content Catalog. It displays in the request center as 'Pending'. I am the library's admin and have all the permissions available. I'm not able to approve or decline any uploaded content.

I can upload content myself, and it is added directly to the library.

@lukekvasnicka, I hope you have received resolution on this issue since you first posted, but if not, I would try the following:

Log out of Content Catalog

Clear your browser cache (even if you're using the app)

Log back in.

If you are using the app, can you try using Chrome or Edge?

If you are still having issues, I would suggest a support ticket through manage.autodesk.com.  Content Catalog is now a product option in the ticket options.

Thanks for your suggestion Ric. Clearing the cache fixed the issue for me. For anyone else coming to this thread, I followed the procedure HERE

I will say this seems like a big issue. People across our organization are forced to follow these steps to clear the cache both to see new content that is added and to approve content. It would be great for Autodesk to provide a more permanent solution, as I've now had to clear my cache four or five times to fix separate issues.

@lukekvasnicka thank you for marking my response as the solution.  I do know that the developers are well aware of this clear cache issue and are working to resolve it.  With each update it should get a little better.  Version 4.0.83 just rolled out, I'm hoping to see some improvement in this department.
