Can't open my own file in cloud

Hi

I have a issue opening a cloud file. I have been the only one working in that file and it have worked fine until yesterday. Then I got a message that it is locked due to a user having it open but it's my own usernamne showing and the file is not open. And I have only used the same computer. I Have already tried to restart the computer a couple of time. Clear the temp files and cash.. have signed out and so on.... So Is there anything I can do to have the file to open or detache my user name to the file?

What cloud service are you using? Anything other than Autodesk's current offering(s) ACC are not recommended.

 

Have you tried downloading the file to your computer to see if you can open it from there?
