Autodesk Docs: 2 seperate models but only 1 links from shared folder.

This has me baffle :-

Laptop1 (work) : I have 2 shared models I link to. One of these models  I get an error message "It looks like requested service is currently unavailable" so it won't load this particular model. The 2nd model links (from the same shared folder location) just fine.

Laptop2 (home) : both models link just fine.

Both lap tops I run under my own Revit & BIM collab accounts.

I've cleared the cache on Laptop 1  as per these instruction https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Clear-a-corrupt-da...

but no difference after it rebuilt the cache.

I haven't yet tried the 2nd suggestion of copy the cache from one PC to another.

I figured if a fresh new cache didn't work copying one probably wouldn't work either (I'll give it a try though when home).

Is there any other likely causes &/or fixes?

thanks for any help.

Trev.

I tried replacing the local cached model and relinked it and that seemed to work. File links & no error.

But after reopening my model the error was there again.

In addition I can link to the model if I link directly from my c:drive just not via the cloud.

The bit that's got me stumped, it's only on this laptop and my home one it's fine so it's not a link problem per se but something local on this laptop that's creating the problem.

I found the solution :-

Open up the notifications for Desktop manager to see a list of notifications:

Select the 3 dot for options and select resolve:

There was a conflict of models with modifications done:

Select the appropriate item, in my case I didn't make any changes but must have saved the model.

I selected "Keep theirs".

This then allowed me to reload the model from the shared Autodesk Doc:// path

Upon reload it will then download a fresh model from the Doc:// link to local

So the model is now linked & no error.
