A360 - Service Disavailable using Revit

When I try to login inside A360 while I am working with Revit always appear the same picture saying me "A360 - Service Unavailable" but I can login via the website Autodesk 360 without problems...so..I do not understand which is the problem. My connection to the internet works very well.
Please, I need to solve this problem as soon as possible.
I have an iMac but I use Revit 2016 through Parallels Desktop
