A360 - Service Disavailable using Revit

When I try to login inside A360 while I am working with Revit always appear the same picture saying me "A360 - Service Unavailable" but I can login via the website Autodesk 360 without problems...so..I do not understand which is the problem. My connection to the internet works very well. 

 

Please, I need to solve this problem as soon as possible.

 

I have an iMac but I use Revit 2016 through Parallels Desktop

Necesito ayuda

 

Cuando intento iniciar sesión dentro de A360 mientras estoy trabajando con Revit siempre me aparece el mismo mensaje de que "A360 - Servicio no disponible" pero en cambio puedo iniciar sesión a través de la web Autodesk 360 sin problemas....y no acabo de encontrar cuál es el problema. Mi conexión a internet funciona sin problemas

 

Para que me funcione debo estar subscrito con alguna forma de pago??? ya que no deseo eso...tengo licencia de estudiante y es tan solo para mi propio aprendizaje

 

Espero que alguien me pueda ayudar

 

Utilizo Revit 2016 con iMac a través de Parallels Desktop (por si esta información fuera relevante)

Hi,

 

- Have this ever worked on this system or is it something that is working intermittently?

 

If it has never worked, I would start by checking things like proxy and firewall settings and make sure you are not blocking any traffic:

If this is working sometimes but not other times:

- Cloud you please post a Revit journal file from when it's not working.

 

- Are you using Revit in "Coherence View mode" or are you running in Desktop mode?

If you are using "Coherence mode", pleas try it in the 'full' desktop mode

Hi,

Could you post a Revit journal file from when you get this error?

 

1. Start Revit

2. Try to log in

3. Close Revit

 

Post the last Revit journal-file here.
