Worksets Dialog is Blank

I've never seen a workshared project that does not have the following 2 worksets:

• Shared Levels and Grids
• Workset1

However, on one of the projects that I'm working on Revit 2017 I can see this:

This is the same case if I open any central or local file. It isn't causing any issue as such but I found it very strange since one cannot even delete the aforementioned 2 worksets in normal files.

Can this happen if it originated in Revit LT?
