I won't let wall finish show up on the plane, I tried, but not work, Revit 2021.

I am trying to understand what you trying to achieve. Do you want the exterior finish wall layer to turn off while retain other wall components? I would agree with @ToanDN to use parts and hide those wall layers. If you cannot stand those lines, I would simply use the miter and then use LW (linework) tools to hide those lines.

With parts, you can change the material easily by adding comments or go by material of the assembly.
