Window - Muntin Issue

I am trying to add a 2x2 Muntin pattern into this window but for whatever reason it keeps displaying up in the air instead of in the window... I have deleted the family of the muntin pattern twice and reloaded it from the catalog but I am still having the same issue! Can anyone assist?

Nothing wrong with the family.  I can placed it on window and it works.

Is there any settings you may check off like this?

If you set it to workplane base & check off vertical only, you will get these result.

For some reason it still isn't working for me. What I am doing is going into the window family and adding in the window muntin under the construction tab. Maybe this is why it's not working?

No Muntin Family is placed in this Window Family. Try the one attached.

I think what you've done is select the Muntin Pattern 2x2 Family under Exterior Trim and Interior Trim. Don't do that.

I've look at the family, seems like it has bunch of settings. This is why mutin won't adjust correctly unless you lock it to the mid point of the window.

Add mid reference plan at Plan

Reference the muntin to existing dimension

At left/right elevation and lock it to the mid point of the window.
