Window disappears when Sill Height increases

I am using an M_fixed window 0406x0610  for a public toilet. Since it is a toilet I naturally want the window to be placed high on the wall for privacy. (above sight level) When I raise the Sill Height above 1500mm, the window disappears from the floor plan. I am not sure how to increase the elevation and still have it showing on the ground floor plan.
