Why windows on entire wall move when one is aligned?

Video attached, when I align one window others move with it. Other windows are pinned and there are no constrains between them. I just moved it, then others stay put, but what is going on here with the align?

I'm sure constraints are only visible in the View they are placed so they may be Constrained but not in that View as you may expect!

If you look when you click in the Constraints Tool is does add an additional line on the mid-level horizontal reference plane

The line patterns change here and and the roof level which indicates constraints on the levels in plan views

I see what you mean, but I can't find it. I just went through all of the views (plans, sections, elevations...) and no constrains show. I just started this project, it's still in ridiculously simple phase, literally just the wall and windows placed normally, I don't see how I could accidentally add any constrains.

Note: it's an existing building so I have to model it as it is. That wall with windows is "slightly off axis". Maybe that has something to do with it.

If you dont have time to search and find the constrained , delete the windows and make new one.

Stupid one, but when aligning with the wall slightly off plane are you selecting the Wall and that moving?

There are somer constraint are the related to Design Option/Worksets/Phase's

Reveal constrains and see if they are constrained to one another.

Indeed I was!

After some investigation: since the wall is "slightly off axis" elevation isn't perfectly "perpendicular" to the wall, and it seems that in that case you can't use align with windows, it won't even snap to their mid reference. So when I was using align, it was actually catching the edge of the wall where the windows punch a hole, and it moved the whole wall.

When I create a new elevation which is dead on to that wall, align works as expected.
