why don't wall sweeps seem to work at corners?

When I try to add trim to a corner, Revit can't create it. If I move the sweep over to be off the corner, it doesn't create it.

How can I correct this?

Yeah, that's always been a little tricky. You need to adjust the end of the main wall sweep slightly by dragging the blue grip.

Are you talking about vertical wall sweeps?  If so, change the Wall Corner Joint to Miter then you will have an easier time placing corner trim.
