In the attached project, if you go to the design option "WALKOUT DOUBLE DOOR" when
I try to model in elements in the basement area, nothing shows up.

If you go to the design option "FULL NON WALKOUT" you will see a bathroom in the basement.

I am also trying to copy this bathroom and paste into the "WALKOUT DOUBLE DOOR" option but this won't work?

Any ideas?

Thank you

You would make your life so much easier if you Dedicated Views to Design Options.  Dedicated View are an integral part of the Design Option workflow.

I see bathroom fixtures in both Dedicated Views, so I'm lost as to what the issue is.

noted...will use this going forward.  Although why not just create groups and hide/turn on by view.

On another note,  I accepted the primary option as "WALKOUT DOUBLE DOOR" so no more design options,

I still can't get anything I model to show in that bathroom area.  Why might this be?  Don't think it view range related...

What is it telling you when you try to add to a design option?

Sorry @svalente9GJKH, I'm having trouble following. Can you set up 2 Dedicated Views like I'm showing above and let me know if that resolves anything?

Buy the way, I did notice you had the Topography Category turned on in the View, so I turned it off.  If you do the same, does that resolve anything? Like I said, I'm not sure what you are trying to resolve.

I tried yes.  The bathroom shows when I select "FULL NON WALKOUT" option

When it  set it to "WALK OUT DOUBLE DOOR" option, the bathroom disappear and I can't even add a new bathroom in the area

The bathroom shows up here in both DOs.  Look at my screenshots above.

Make sure the "Basement Finish: Finished" DO it turned on.
