It gets merged into the existing US Imperial library. You will find new items in several folders in that location. This includes Casework, Specialty Equipment, Furniture and even a new Door family and some electrical items.

Also as noted by @PAarchitects below, there is are two library files in the System Families folder. These are project files that contain examples of all the items in the content pack. Just open it like any other project.

MelissaBaz, Everything is installed correctly. The residential content pack includes families in many different categories. There is only one new door family. What you are seeing in your screenshot is this door family and its accompanying type catalog.

As for the System Families folder, you must use the Open command in Revit, browse to this folder and then open the file like any other project file. This folder does not contain families to load. Instead, you open the project and you can see many of the content items already inserted. You can also just copy and paste from this file as an alternative to Load Family.

Please note the message in my screenshot that indicates you must open the file "read only" to continue. This is normal.

I'm missing the "Libraries" folder. Any idea where this could be installed? The only folders I have at C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT 2026 are: Dynamo, Recent, and UserDataCache.

This means you probably don't have any libraries installed. They must be installed separately. When you install Revit, it does not install the libraries unless you choose that option. You can go to your Autodesk account and find the libraries to install there.
