It's been months and no one is answering anything on the forums.
It will be time to release Revit 2020 now and there's still no Revit Extensions for 2019 available yet.
God only knows. It's be here discussed ad nauseum.

Any official word from AutoDesk about this?
It's not...it was discontinued as of April of this year. You will need to look at 3rd party add-ins instead.
