When I select the File tab in Revit 2019 the file freezes

When I select the File tab in Revit 2019 the file freezes and says not responding for 5 mins.  This issue doe not happen with any other commands.

Do a Repair Installation.

First make sure you have all the updates applied. It was supposed to have been fixed.

Also, see post 12 in this thread and delete the recent files list in both locations.
