Hi, @Anonymous , what I do is to model the more I can using plaster as a material layer in my walls, and ceilings (or bottom face of floors). Also use wrap at ends and openings to get best results. After that I create parts as needed to adjust plaster's coverings. If still needed, I use walls and floors with a single layer of plaster to cover vertical and horizontal materials, like faces of concrete columns and beams.

Create a material take off schedule and I think you will have what you want.

Hope it helps.

We model stucco as a wall layer in Wall Types.  That layer is typically unlocked at the base and top so we can adjust the extensions at the top and base independent of the core. That's the easiest and "BIMest" way to do it.
