What is the best Revit plugin to import/export to excel?

I am looking for a plugin to manage data between Revit and excel spreadsheets. I tried one but I couldn't export existing schedules in the model and that's mandatory for me.

So I'd appreciate if you guys can point me some options and if possible free.

We have developed a free Revit plugin (SheetLink) that helps you manage the Revit model data in a very simple and friendly way. You can import and export Revit data from/to an excel spreadsheet.

Download the SheetLink and let me know your opinion - https://diroots.com/plugins/

DiRoots tablegen is no longer free. In fact it's one of the more expensive answers out there now.
