Revit only uses Windows Fonts.

They are installed here:

C:\Windows\Fonts

Maybe your machine has this font and nobody else's does?

Also check here:

Maybe someone renamed your font files as a prank?

Check what the font is in the view title or titleblock...and compare with what your font shows under Windows.

That...or this was a test to see if they can fix it themselves vs asking others?

Edit the family label and check the name of the font.  Open a word file and use that font to type something.  If they come out like a joke then someone replaced the original font with WingDing.

Seems to be a profile issue, this problem only happens on this coworkers computer and no one else's. Wiped out the Fonts folder and replaced with default company fonts, same issue occurred.  Uninstalled Revit & reinstalled...same issue. Response from another Autodesk rep was to fully remove all Autodesk software and reinstall.

On another note, have had more problems with computers that were windows 7 & upgraded to windows 10.

Will update tomorrow the results, Thanks for all the responses!

Just an update. The problem was a conflict between two different profiles that had different links to the server to pull out standards, the profile that had the issues was linked to an old path, once the path was corrected and the fonts folder was overwritten then problem went away!
