We had trouble getting your serial number.

I cannot get the serial for 2016 or any older versions of Revit. I need to save a 2017 rvt as a 2016 rvt.

 

also cannot find where to contact Autodesk to ask them for help?Smiley Frustrated

Hello, you cannot save revit 2017 to revit 2016. Vice versa can. Thanks

We are having a similar issue with 3DS Max at our office right now, and support has been little help. I'm curious, have you managed to find a solution to your issue?

This is really anoying me now. I thought if I had the latest BDS P I could get earlier versions of Revit. I cannot get the serial numbers and I can not contact any one to ask why??

The issue sorted itself, or someone at AD sorted it.

 

Great.

 

I wasn't very impressed with the customer service though. As I had just paid a lot for the software I expected at least support to make sure I could get the software would be free, but it appears I would have to pay even more money for AD to make sure I got what I paid for. In the end the issue sorted itself but took 3 days. Not impressed.
