walls not joining properly

Attached I have 2 images of what is happening and I cannot for the life of me figure it out. the first image is my model moved 200' off to the side. (image "wall join-fine") All my walls are joining like they should be. everything is showing like it should be. I move my model 200' to the right to the center of my project where it should be (FYI there is nothing already in place there, no walls no annotations, no families of any sort) and suddenly all my exterior walls are no longer joining, like the attached "walls no longer joining properly"
