Walls, Floors, and Construct-ability (Building Envelope)

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Working on a school and trying to get a good building envelope for the MP/E side for trane. In SD phase, just drew a floor over the whole level, now in DD adjusting to what is really going to be there. Wall goes 8" below the raised floor to the foundation. How do you recommend the floor be designed to generate an accurate building envelope?

1. Create individual floors for each room (250 total rooms or areas that need a floor)

2. Edit and redesign the floor to have a series of slabs, but still have onel floor

3. Something else????

All ears,
