Wall won't Join Properly

Can anyone help me out on why some fairly straightforward walls are not joining properly in coarse mode.  They do appear to work in medium and fine mode.  A couple screen shots below.  Thank you!  Mike

I can see that coarse settings are different for each wall type. Have you tried to match them both? Also, is there any wall above or bellow that could be joining automatically?

Super helpful.  Synced up the coarse settings and booyah! the walls joined seamlessly.
