You can use Massing tool to create slope wall.

I would use an in-place model void set to cut the wall geometry to do something like that.

I'll use a Wall based or Face Based Family created with a Void with parameters and then loaded into Project . The advantage of this method is that you can use as multiple instances in the project.

No ... sorry but no, my problem is not solved ... the wall don't accept the void of my family

It works here.  By the way, the family does not flex properly to different wall thickness. You may need to look at that.

try it now - I've load a Depth Parameter instead of a Locked dimension...
