Wall with different width

Is there a easy way to create walls with these gaps in the middle? Seems to be walls with different width and I have no idea how to do that faster than making a different wall type to each width.

Just frame it with typical width walls. The void space between is a condition, not a wall.

That is how I am doing right now. Is it possible to do it drawing the outline and then to fill it with wall?

Not following you. Are you working with a CAD import/link? If so, just pick linework to create the Revit wall type you want. Pay attention to wall justification. You don't want to use "Wall Centerline" obviously.

Yes, I'm using a CAD drawing.

In this part for example, I'll have to use different wall width and then I'll have to trim them (I have no idea how to do it).So I was wondering If I could draw all the outline of the wall and then fill it with wall.

Use the Trim command or Grip edit.  For the example of the pointy end you show, you have to draw another wall to turn the layout from a triangle to a trapezoid.

I've tried "trim" this part, but things got ugly (literally)

Yes, I have a great suggestion: Model it exactly the way it will be built. What I see is a 2x6 wall following a chalk-line that jogs a bit before it intersects with a 2x4 wall (which just happens to be perpendicular to it).  A 90 degree corner: the best kind -- and probably what the architect had in mind.
