Wall that was split not joining properly to another wall

I cannot figure out how to join these two walls. This is how they look like after they are trimmed: 

I have tried dragging them away from each other, them trimming them again; and everything i could think of using Join/Unjoin geometry and Wall Joins tools. Nothing works. I can delete them and create new walls insted, but i'd like to understand why is Revit behaving like this in this instance..

Could be for several reasons 

• layer hierarchy/function
• Unlocked Wall Layers
• view range capturing other walls/too many joined walls or joins

Without looking at how you modeled those walls it would be a guessing game. So here are a few things you can do...Try one of the following

1. Cut to clipboard the past back aligned same place
2. Change view range cut plane to above door to fix join properly
3. to shift or remove  door, adjust join then place/shift door back

Hi,

Select each wall and by right-clicking it's end-grip check if you are allowing it to join (in case it says "Allow Join" click it, otherwisem don't clic "Disallow Join"):

Then manually extend each wall beyond their intersection and use the "Trim/Extend to Corner (TR)" command to make them join.

Thank you for the answers! In the end just dragging them away from each other and joining them again has worked. It was not working before apparently because of room separators that i had placed there when i was splitting and moving the wall.
