Wall siding color change is inconsistent

Hello. We created our wall types but now we have trouble revising the color to match the Hardie panel color. We have one section of lap siding appearing lighter than others. Please let us know what we are doing wrong. Thank you in advance.

Duplicate the material, switch to Appearance tab and duplicate the appearance asset, change the appearance asset color, then paint or apply the new material to the lighter wall surfaces.

Also, if you have multiple color variation of the same material, then better use a grayscale texture and change tint color under appearance tab.

Will the color update work automatically if we simply make your recommended changes to our existing wall, so we don't have to paint a lot of individual surfaces and have an easy way to change color in the future as needed?

Not understanding. If you need different materials on a surface then either split face and paint; or create parts, divide parts and assign materials; or create stacked walls with different wall types.

Double click on the Image to open the Texture Editor, and then take a screenshot of it and post it here.  

BTW: Was the Scene Preview still loading when you took the Screenshot?

I looked at your question again and I may have misunderstood it initially.  So do you want to match the lighter area to the darker one?  If so, just use Remove Paint tool.
