Wall/Railing not appearing

I am using CW's for railings.  The following CW does not appear in any plan view.  It is the same family as the other railings, and these show-up.  

It's not hidden either.

Maybe it is in another Phase?

Same phase.  Something is glitchy with my curtain walls I think.

why don't use customize normal railings easy to manipulate? thanks

Not really the point here. Any ideas as to the actual issue? 

I did start to create the actual railings with glass balusters. These are incredibly time consuming, especially when considering that the stairs are still shifting a bit. 

As for a railing with a glass "rail", again, these are still slower to create and tweak than curtain walls.
