Hi,

I can not modify layers of compound wall either in model nor in design options .I got such a info-see attached file

You have the layer already unlocked from the top...Can you specify what exactly are you trying to modify?

Unlock/Split/Merge/Assign Layer...,

It looks like opened layer but it doesn't work at all .I got info about error (see  attached my file)

Thanks for a info but I am afraid it is not what I am looking for .I have a compound wall with all locked layers .I'd like to open  layers of my wall . It seems to work and shows unlocked layer  but when I press YES button it shows error info!

- Write down the two Element IDs and back out of the editor

- Manage > Select by ID > enter one ID then show that particular wall and its properties here (do it for both walls)

From the error warning message you posted, the elements in question are in a Design Option set...You need to make that active or make it primary to select those items. You can do that either by managing the design options from the Ribbon>View Tab>Design Options or by using the design option menu on the task bar at the bottom of the view
