  1. The wall is attached to the slab … detach it
  2. Or wall has upper constraint …reset it

you can unlock a wall layer to have different top heights.

I however got this after unlocking the top of the layer:

In the case you showed in the image you do not need to unlock them...

Detach >>> set top constrain of the wall to the upper level (OKFB) >> join Wall and Slab
