HI...

I Want to Extend Wall Layer in Revit , but some warning Messages

"Cannot extend layer(s) of the highlighted vertically compound wall"

"Extension layers at the top of the wall must be adjacent"

Go into your edit Wall Type Section preview and make sure your unlocked layers are adjacent and see if that is the problem

You can only unlock layers that are next to each other. 

So if you have unlocked 1 layer on the exterior face you can not unlock a layer on the opposite  interior face
