Wall joining problem

I have a problem as you can see in the video i've posted that when i create a wall from a starting point to an ending point, the wall isn't ending in the pink square, it do make like an offset to start creating the next wall.

I think there is a conflict with the already designed wall. Try to design the new walls with disallow join and join them later.

I do know this option but what if we are talking about a big property so it will be a waste of time, also if i disallow the join when i come back later to join the 2 walls together it'll join like the attached photo.

Usually this happens if you do not have the same "Base" and "Top" constraints for walls. As for the picture you posted: if you have "Disallow Join" option ON you would have to model the walls in the following manner: (one wall to red line, the other to blue.

They do have the same base and top constrains, and I've searched a lot about this issue and it seems that no one talked about it.
About the picture thank you I'll do it.

It happens because you are drawing walls (paint layer) right adjacent to other walls.  You either need to manually get fillet them, or disallow join and join geometry manually.  And why can't you include the 1mm paint layer in the main wall assembly?

I would imagine it is because they are in Detailed Design phase and the area of the paint does not always correspond the the exact area of the wall. Also it could be to have a separate Schedule just for Area of the Paint.

As for the joining problem like Toan said: sometimes it helps to use Dissallow join and then manually use "Join" tool. Or I found it sometimes it helps to use Align tool to align it directly to the wall you want to join.
