Wall is shorter than minimum height allowed by its type - can't delete or change

I was editing a brick veneer wall type and while adding split regions I received the following error:

Wall is shorter than minimum height allowed by its type.
It is 10' - 8" and must be at least 21' - 3 1/16".

I am unable to change or delete the problem wall.

What can I do?

Thanks.

I was able to replicate this with no problem. Is it a stacked wall that you have - I have received this error message with stacked walls.

Try cutting and pasting the wall in the same location. A shot in the dark.

I can't cut the wall. I don't seem to be able to do anything with it.

How about edit the wall type and modify the split region that works with shorter walls.  Go back and delete that wall.  Can you share a wall of that type so that we can see how the split region was built?

I'm able to edit the wall type for taller walls, but for the 10'-8" high wall I can't change it. When I try to merge the splits that would be above 10'-8" I get the same error.

Can you copy that short wall and paste to a new file and share?  If not, do that for a taller wall and share.

OK. Your request got me thinking and I fixed it. I transferred the wall types to a new file. I changed the offending wall type there and then transferred it back. The wall I could not delete is not editable.

Thanks for your help.
