Is there any way to have a wall inside a door/window family?
My endpoint would be to create something like this in the door family, it is very important that I have the centerlines (analytical models) of those small pieces of walls.

No. Walls are system families and only existing inside the project. Therefore you can not have them to be part of a loadable (door) family

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
You can nest a custom shared family (category: structural column or structure beam) into door family to give you that result
From the looks of that detail...this also seems like a part of a 3D printed concrete project. If so I would keep the concrete jambs with the walls and place either a non-hosted door or a door in a dummy wall

What about just controlling the Inset of the Door/Window from the Analytical Center of the Wall it is hosted to? And/or hosting the Door/Window to an Embedded Wall?
Can you elaborate a bit on that? I do need the analytical models.

Which part? Embedded Wall? You can use the Cut Geometry tool to embed one Wall Type into another. If you are asking about Inset, open a stock Revit Window, such as "Fixed", and look at how the "Window Inset" parameter works.

Thanks for your help, I very much appreciate all the work you do here guys!
1. I can't just place a column in the window family, as the column will have just a line as analytical model, therefore will not be printed.
2. The door is placed in a dummy wall indeed, it is doable, with workarounds, but I am trying to find an easier process, for adding doors and windows to these projects, instead of doing all this work for each window/door every time.

To do what you are thinking of would then require that you add custom analytical lines separately as model in-place. SEE GIF BELOW ...
you can automate the above easily using Dynamo; however, I still do believe that walls should be kept with walls and doors placed separately in an architectural dummy wall...less hassle, a more straight forward workflow which gets you all the analytical surfaces/lines automatically

You can nest a shared architectural column into the door family to create the rounded jambs. They will join with the wall nicely when the door is inserted in a wall in the project. Similarly, analytical lines can be added to the door family or to the jamb architectural column family as a shared structural family, without any geometry, just lines.
2022 file is attached. It is a quickie without the shared analytical column, but you get the idea.
Edit: it's true that analytical lines cannot be added in a custom family per @RDAOU , you can add subcategory model lines in the shared column family in order to recreate/trace them as true in-place analytical lines in project. When done you can turn off the place-holder subcategory model lines.
Analytical Lines subcategory is only available in Project environment not in Family Editor...Hence custom ones are created as in-place

@RDAOU @ToanDN @barthbradley You guys are awesome. I just realized that I can create centerlines for the printer, using Masses. Sometimes the answer it's less complicated than you think it is.
Now I can use the columns for the door family for visualization purpose and with the analytical models of the walls + the in place mass, I can make it ready for 3D printing. I will post some results soon.
