I probably would use a curtain wall with panels. For the screen material a pattern that uses cutouts.
Something like this:

How would I do a Curain because I can't seem to get it to work.
Okay, I have got a system set up with what I think I need, I have a grid so I would assume I would just have to mess around with that to get the offsets I need?
And for the cutouts, would you recommend doing that with reveals.

I have another photo attached, If anyone knows where or how I can make this, I need it like the picture but I can't get the offsets, or placements correct, would love the help.
Thank you.

Like this as a concept
Made a panel with space on both sides. Further created an instance parameter for offset.

I think I have the basic of it down, problem I have now is I have two Jobs but the thickness is differant in the one and I can't edit it.

Sorry, I do not understand what you are asking.

Can you explain a little bit better what your issue is?
Maybe some screenshots or your model what you have so far?

If you look at what you have from the top, the width over all, in mine (I have two jobs, differant files) one is thin the other is not. I know they can be edited, but can't get where it is to do so.
I can't take screenshots, sorry.

Still not sure, but lets try. A curtain wall is a grid (no thickness) with mullions and panels. So the thickenss of a curtain wall comes from the mullions and the panels. The curtain panels are loadable families. Inside the curtain panel family you can create components (extrusions, sweeps) with the desired thicknesses. Mullions are extruded profiles. You can use one of the standard profiles or create your own. The profile can be created with different width and height. So in the curtian panel you can load the different curtain panels. I hope this answers your question

I have got the "thickness" corrected, took a long way around to fix it, but I thank you for the information.

If there is a mullion frame around each panel, then don't make a panel with space on the sides. Instead, do it normally, and create the grid to include panels even where there is none. Then just select those panels that need to be empty, unpin them, and change them to the Empty type. I think this reflects your real world conditions.

Is there a way to edit the grid to only show up on one side, so for it to look how it is now but only have it bump out on one side.
Also can anyone find a material I could use, I have a handful but they are to small rendered you cant tell its a holed panel.

Not sure what you mean by only bump out on one side. Do you mean you wish the sheet to be on one face of the mullions instead of centered between them? Either make a mullion profile that is offset from the center plane, or make a panel that is offset from the center plane.

I have found a way around that,
one last question,
I have it transparent with a material like the pictures already shown, but I need the holes to be larger, when I render the building you know its transparent but it looks soild, you can't see the holes. I have tried using my own image but that doesn't change the size even if I edit it.

Pattern is dependent on base image. Further you have to set the proper scaling
Also an important note that when you modify a material in the family editor and (re)load the family in your project you will not see changes to the material in the project.
Project materials have a higher hierarchy than family materials. So when a material with same name as the one in the family exists the project, the project material will not change. So edit your material in the project or remove it from the project before (re)loading your family. (Note that deleting materials from the project will affect all objects with that material)
