Wall from spline

Hi,

I was given the drawings of a villa in 2D (DWGs) and asked to make a model out of it.

The roof is shapped like a square but one of the sides is a wobbly line.

I have tried to draw a parapet by using PICK LINES from the MODIFY/PLACE WALL menu but this tool doesn't seem to be able to pick the spline.

Is there a way to solve this?

InterestinglyI was able to build the roof by using the FLOOR tool and selecting PICK LINES from the MODIFY/PLACE WALL...

I have found a workaround by converting the spline in AutoCAD using SPLINEDIT.

It would still be interesting to know why I was able to use the spline to build the FLOOR and not the WALL...
