Wall Finish / Room Schedule Communication?

Hello,

I am trying to create a smart room schedule.  A schedule that can read wall/floor finishes and populate the appropriate column and/or apply a material to a wall/floor from the schedule.  Is this possible?

I have a schedule that works.  That is I can enter text and the schedule looks and works great; the room tag reads all the info, just none of it ties back to an actual material.

Look into Roombook extension. It will do what you ask.

Yes, Roombook will do that. Kind of works like a key schedule.

Looks like Roombook hasn't been updated since a 2016 release.
