Use the Wall Edit Profile tool.

Edit the wall profile in 3D or draw an elevation looking at the wall if you want to do it in 2D.

I have tried, but it doesnt suit 100% with the facade surface.

Yeah, I tried. You've got a challenge. There is no smooth surface in contact with your walls. You need to figure out how

the wall will meet the facade in the real world.  That's a design challenge; not a limitation of Revit. Revit can't make that decision for you. But, you can shape the walls any way you want using wall Edit Profile tool.
