How do I hide walls from showing beyond the toposurface on elevations in 2024

It's hard to know what exactly you're talking about. Is it showing through the topography? Or is it showing beneath the bottom of the topography? Can you post a screenshot?

What are the bottom constraints of the walls? My first guess is they are just set lower than the others. Is the view cropped? Might be something weird with that?

What is the depth of your Toposolid?  Maybe all you need to do is make it deeper.
