walkthrough export issue

Hello,

I've created a walkthrough in revit 2018. It worked on the same model before.

After creating a new walkthrough, I can see the walkthrough, I can playback the walkthrough, but I cannot export the walkthrough.

After defining where to save the file , the next Pop-up window, which is suppose to ask me, if I want to use a codec or not, does not appear.

I tried to click a number of frames (1-450) instead of the full walkthrough, but then I only get one frame.

I updetd the graphiccard (nvidia quadro K-Series) driver, the hardware acceleration is on, but it didn't help.

I would be more than happy, if someone has an idea.

Man thanks

Christian

Hello,

I cannot get the update at the Moment.

But from my point of view, why did it work on the same model before and now it does not?

That makes no sense.

Any other ideas?

Many thanks

ennujozlagam in your link, I can specify the seconds per Frame, but it does not Change the lenght of the movie. (that would be Point 3 in the description)

Any further ideas? Maybe delete the cache?

Many thanks

Hello,

just as an information, I solved the issue by copying the complete model into a new Revit session and now I can export the walkthrough.

Regards,

Christian
