You probably created that linework in the family with Model Lines. Go into Family and Convert them to Symbolic Lines.

Turn off any imported or linked DWG see what will happen.

Unfortunatelly I cannot share the model file, its a model file from work.
Its not model lines.

I turned also of all import/link dwg, didnt help. The problem does apply to all elements I create, not only generic modells or model-in-place. It a problem in all graphic display modes actually now I see.

The problem occur only in this model, there is no problem with other files I work with. I did also purge unused and audit, turned off all linked files, deleted 3D view and made new one - doesnt work.

I found the answer in this thread! :
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/extended-lines-in-3d-views-problem/m-p/90537...

Solution: there was some object (in my case dwg link) which had greater extends then maximum distance limit that Revit can handle. I deleted then and it works now
