• Are you trying to do a walkthrough?
• What is the error you are getting? 
• There you mention a card setting you messed with...do you mean: File >> Options >> Hardware >> Use Hardware acceleration? if yes, keep box unchecked - off

type %TEMP% in the Windows Start Menu Run/Search box and delete everything in that folder. Restart revit and run the walkthrough with Use Hardware Acc off ...then post here the error if you get any

Sorry can't tell much from that error... can you upload the journals? it should be located under 

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 2021\Journals

I think the problem is going around here because yesterday I was on a video camera and it worked for me, stop making video camera and I think it no longer works ....... hopefully you can find it, greetings

I have no issue exporting the walkthrough. It could be your hardware having low memory.

Finally solved !!!

I decided to completely format my laptop

after several attempts like

1 update driver

2 update NVIDIA card

3 run as administrator

4 when opening carry out audit or review

5 install and uninstall revit

............etc

When formatting the machine I realized that the space it had was about 10 GB on disk C and since Autodesk does not let you install more than disk C, because this was already completely full, when formatting and now have more 50 GB of space on disk C, because now it works for me to just open the file and do the virtual tour, as if nothing else.

without having to do the rest.

Well, in summary I consider it was the space of disk C

I do not see another reason, so I solved it.
