I can NOT see anything on tthe level 2 floor plan although I have checked all the visibilty graphic settings and teh view range. the  file is attached for further perusal. I have also used underlay to track where my model is but nothing shows up on level 2. this is a very bad issue and I will greatly appreciate any help.

I was really scratching my head but I think i got it

You're in the wrong phase. Go to level 2 view and change the phase to project complete

EDIT: And change phase filter to filter none

Got it! under the phase and phase filter select show complete and all complete.
