Viewport Re-Size

hi there,

Would appreciate if anyone could outline the steps to change the size of this Viewport.  I am in Sheet View and the viewport is overhanging.  Is there a way to click and pull to resize?  I tried change height/ width but doesnt seem to work.  Should I work in Sheet View or Elevation View?

You have to do it from View, but you can activate the View directly from Sheet:

• on Sheet View, click on the View you want to adjust the Crop value
• either click mouse right button >Activate View
• or from ribbon >Viewport >Activate View
• now you can adjust the Crop 
• once finished, click mouse right button >Dectivate View

the Viewport border itself follows the maximum extents of your cropped drawing. If you have Datum items (Grid,Levels ) or Reference Planes that exceed the Crop dimensions , they will be also incorporated inside Viewport bord....So, adjust them...

It is easy to see that the Sea Level level is what is pushing the extents of the view out to the right. Select it and drag its right-end grip to align with the others.
